Q: Why is a deposit required to start on my project?
A: When working with new clients, to ensure commitment to the project and so that we can start working immediately on your project, a 50% deposit is required prior to starting the project.

Q: Do you design websites?
A: No, we do not design websites. However, if you purchase a web template and need help implementing the site, we can certainly assist you with this.
Q: Will you help write copy for my website?
A: Yes, if you need assistance with writing copy for your website, we can assist you with this.

A: We work with APA Style, MLA Style, and the Chicago Manual of Style (CMS). We also work with our customers in-house style guides.
