Payments and Invoicing

Knowing that every project is unique, we have structured our pricing, invoicing process and payment terms accordingly. The following is an overview of our pricing, invoicing and payment methods.

Pricing

Our pricing structure is based upon a unit rate, hourly rate, package rate, or project fee, depending upon the service chosen.

If you have a project that you would like us to work on, we will provide you with a quote outlining the costs for completing the project.

Invoicing Process

Invoices are emailed to all clients and are payable upon receipt.

Established business clients can pay on their standard billing and payment cycle. For long-term projects, a monthly invoicing system will be established.

New clients are requested to pay a 50% deposit before work will begin on a project, which will be deducted in full from the first invoice.

Smaller or rush jobs will require full payment upfront. Larger jobs will require a 50% deposit, with the balance due at the completion of the assignment.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via business check, cashier's check, or through PayPal where we accept major credit cards. Electronic bank transfers are also accepted.

Additional Information

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
There is a $30.00 minimum per job.
Rush projects may be subject to an additional 10% of total cost.
A Service Agreement is required prior to the start of any work.
