At PAGES Editorial, we have flexible rate structures to meet the different needs of our clients. Depending upon the complexity of the content, our editing and proofreading services are available by the page, by the hour, or by the project.

Copy Editing

Per page:	$ 4.00 to $ 6.00 per page
Per hour:	$25.00 to $30.00 per hour

Proofreading

Per page:	$ 2.00 to $ 3.00 per page
Per hour:	$20.00 to $25.00 per hour

Website Maintenance

Per hour:

$30.00 per hour billed in 30 min increments

Website Maintenance plans are also offered on a retainer based fee at a discounted rate as pre-paid packages. Although the hours are non-refundable they can be used over a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

Level 1:	10 hours for $270.00, a 10% discount
Level 2:	25 hours for $600.00, a 20% discount
Level 3:	50 hours for $1,050.00, a 30% discount

Project Fee

If you have a special project that you need help with, such as long or short-term production needs, testing website functionality, or QC of content, please contact us with the details of your project and we will provide you with a quote.

Turnaround Time Estimates

Projects less than 50 pages are completed in 2-3 business days from receipt of your document. Larger documents up to 500 pages, such as manuscripts and dissertations, may require 7-10 business days depending on their length. If your document is over 500 pages, we will provide you with a timeframe for completion.

Calculating Page Counts

If you are unsure of your page count, industry standard for a “page” is approximately 250 words per double-spaced page. To figure out your page count, simply divide your total word count by 250.

Knowing the page count and the per-page rate, font or type size will not be a concern for you, and you will have a general idea as to the cost associated with the copy editing or proofreading.
